Return and Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation & Return Policy is regarding cancellations and/or returns of orders, services, and products or other relevant items.  You may cancel or return your order anytime within 5 business days, beginning the day after you have received your purchase order.

We will not reimburse you for delivery costs you paid.  However, where multiple items have been ordered and not all of the items are being returned, we will not reimburse those costs.  Nonetheless, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.  If a refund is payable to you, we will process the refund as soon as possible, and, in any case, within 5 days of the day you give notice via email at sandromma88@gmail.com.

To cancel an order, you must inform us in writing via email.  You must also return the goods to us as soon as possible, intact, and in their original packaging, plus at your own cost and risk and with no sign of use, worn, tear and with original tag still attached to the package or items.

You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession.  If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation.  This applies to all goods that are returned.
